Fused Glass Fusing is the process of melting individual pieces of glass together to make one solid piece. It can be used in almost any setting. We have made tiles for walls and backsplashes and countertops, bowl and plates, wall hangings, windows, table tops, etc. Part of our ongoing interest in all things Celtic. Inspired by the Book of Kells and other ancient manuscripts these assorted decorative bowls and plates grace the tables and display shelves of many a collector across the country. Two styles of tables incorporating fused glass tiles as the table top. Custom made wall tile for a bathroom wall. 16" x 16". The last picture is while still in the kiln at nearly 1500 degrees. "Reflections" This whimsical hall table and mirror set was designed for a show at a South Hampton, New York gallery. It incorporates Wood, Glass, Metal, and Solid surface. The functional lamp is attached and appears to be an extension of the leg. It was designed onto a reproduction Tiffany lamp mold and incorporates a cast bronze tree branch top that is a reproduction of an original Tiffany design. These pieces are from our "Living Reef" line. We are really into diving and snokeling, The coral reefs are an endless source of inspiration, and our reefs are in trouble.
